Friday Night:
The 45th reunion of the class of
Whitehaven High School will kick off with a
gathering in the Georgian Suite on the 10th floor of the Holiday Inn Select providing a view westward
of the city. Start time 5:00PM
When you get off the elevator, turn left down the
hallway and it is at the end on the left.
* It will be a BYOB affair
with set-ups, hors d'oeuvers and oldies music will be provided.
* The bar will be managed by the "Three Amigos"

* We will have the room for the night and until 11:00am Saturday morning.
* Classmates can party for the night or break up into their favorite groups and go to a
restaurant of their choice.
* They could then return to the Georgian Suite to party more or go to their hotel,
downtown or go to the
bop club - click here.
* Your RSVP # is your raffle entry for the Georgian suite to stay in the room Saturday night after the
dinner/dance.
* The drawing will be held that Friday night so the winner can be notified
timely so they can prepare.
Contest Rules
* No committee member can win and the winner
will be announced Saturday night at the dinner/dance.
* The winning party or couple will then have the room until Sunday at 11:00am.
At their option they can invite others.
* If they have paid for a room already for Saturday night
they will have
to work that out with their hotel.
* If they can't work it out then they have paid a much lower rate for a much nicer
room for the evening.
If they are staying at the Holiday Inn Select then it will be
much easier to get a deal.
* If someone has to decline the room then we will redraw for the room.

Saturday Night:
* Cash Bar starting at
6:00PM or earlier :)
* Program and Dinner 7:00 to 7:30
* Music, Dancing and Mingling until.........................
* Retire to the Hospitality Suite provided by the
hotel if we have 25 rooms rented.
